做法
1. | 豬皮上的毛拔乾淨。將豬皮和梅花肉切成小丁。 |
2. | 把豬皮和梅花肉放進鍋內用中火炒熟。 |
3. | 加入台式滷汁到鍋裡煮滾。關小火加蓋繼續燜煮1個小時即可。 |
Procedure
1. | Remove the hair on the pig skin. Dice the pork and pig skin. |
2. | Place the diced pork and pig skin in a pot. Stir over medium heat until the meat is done. |
3. | Add the Taiwanese spice stew sauce to the pot and bring the mixture to a boil. Turn down the heat to low. Cover and simmer for one hour. |

Procedure:
Place all the ingredients in a pot and bring the mixtures to a boil. Turn the heat to low and simmer until the sauce is absorbed.
