肉燥 Rou-Zao (Taiwanese Style Meat Sauce)

材料 Ingredients
梅頭肉 Pork shoulder1-2/3 磅 lb (750g)
豬皮 Pig skin1/3 磅 lb (150g)
台式滷汁 Taiwanese spice stew sauce 1 份 portion

做法
1.豬皮上的毛拔乾淨。將豬皮和梅花肉切成小丁。
2.把豬皮和梅花肉放進鍋內用中火炒熟。
3.加入台式滷汁到鍋裡煮滾。關小火加蓋繼續燜煮1個小時即可。

Procedure
1.Remove the hair on the pig skin. Dice the pork and pig skin.
2.Place the diced pork and pig skin in a pot. Stir over medium heat until the meat is done.
3.Add the Taiwanese spice stew sauce to the pot and bring the mixture to a boil. Turn down the heat to low. Cover and simmer for one hour.



乾肉燥 Rou-Zao without Sauce

材料 Ingredients
豬絞肉 Ground pork 1 磅 lb (450g)
台式滷汁 Taiwanese spice stew sauce 1/2 份 portion

做法:
將所有材料放進鍋裡煮滾。關小火加蓋繼續燜煮到醬汁收乾。

Procedure:
Place all the ingredients in a pot and bring the mixtures to a boil. Turn the heat to low and simmer until the sauce is absorbed.
